Items for auction are professionally photographed and cataloged. Items for donation or disposal are separated and handled accordingly.

Depending on the service you chose:


  • Estate Sales are conducted on-site with full staff support. We handle pricing, promotion, buyer communication, and transactions.
  • Online Auctions are launched through trusted platforms, marketed digitally, and managed from start to finish; bidding, payments, and pickups.
  • Buyouts are executed with one agreed-upon offer for all remaining contents. We remove the items efficiently and quickly.
  • Cleanouts involve removing everything from the space, donating or disposing of items responsibly.

STEP 5:

Post-Service Cleanup & Closure

After a sale or service, we sweep and vacuum the floors, take out any trash to the bins and send you photos of each room. If a clean-out is needed, we offer a separate service which puts you in control. You get to choose the best option based on your wants and needs and save money in the process.
