Once you approve the plan, we get started. You'll receive a scheduled service date and we’ll guide you through any next steps before the process begins.

Our team sorts and stages everything, from high value collectibles to everyday items. We identify resale worthy goods, organize the space, and ensure everything is presented in a way that maximizes visibility and buyer interest. Items for auction are professionally photographed and cataloged. Items for donation or disposal are separated and handled accordingly.

Depending on the service you chose:

• Estate Sales are conducted on-site with full staff support. We handle pricing, promotion, buyer communication, and transactions.
  
• Online Auctions are launched through trusted platforms, marketed digitally, and managed from start to finish; bidding, payments, and pickups.
  
• Buyouts are executed with one agreed-upon offer for all remaining contents. We remove the items efficiently and quickly.
  
• Cleanouts involve removing everything from the space, donating or disposing of items responsibly.
  

After a sale or service, we sweep and vacuum the floors, take out any trash to the bins and send you photos of each room. If a clean-out is needed, we offer a separate service which puts you in control. You get to choose the best option based on your wants and needs and save money in the process.
